LOT aims to provide 100% job placement for its students

Some of the companies that LOT are associated with, have already offered jobs for the students who would be successfully completing the one year program. We aim to give as much corporate exposure to students as possible, through; 

 

< Internships > 

 

The aim of the internship is to provide students to gain enough corporate experience in a short span of time - 2 to 3 months - so that they can make better decisions about their career; as to, whether they should opt for further studies or settle with a job? Or should they take an entrepreneurial plunge? 

 

The internships would also allow the companies an opportunity to see promising professionals and talented youth close enough, yet without any risk of employing the wrong candidate for their jobs. 

 

Thus, this creates a WIN / WIN situation for both students as well as corporates.
