LOT is a humble attempt to dream big. Its about walking the talk. Its about not only bringing world-class education for all, but also making them employable, responsible, value-based, global citizens.
# Develop 100000 youth into employable candidates by the end of year 2020
100000 is a small number. However, we would like to start small and realize this dream of impacting 100000 lives by making them employable, providing them with jobs, and impacting their respective households. We would focus on these 100000 youth from different parts of the world, especially from India.
# Act as a platform for budding entrepreneurs to startup
On one side graduates are seen increasingly becoming job-seekers and not job creaters. We would like to change this. We want more graduates to become entrepreneurs, and create more jobs for those less entrepreneurial.
# Enrol 100000 children to school from slums, etc - those otherwise would not have seen a school ever
Quality education is every human's right. However, due to several reasons, every kid around the globe is not getting even basic education. We would like to change this. 100000 is a small number. However, we would like to start small. Leaders Of Tomorrow would impact not only their households, but also help kids to enrol into schools.
# Create a pool of entrepreneurs, corporate heads, teachers, authors, professionals whose wisdom would be accessible by all.
Action is mightier than a thousand words. The world needs less of talks and more of action. Our attempt is to bring together the like-minded, ever-ready-to-help entrepreneurs, corporate heads, teachers, authors, and likes on to a common platform and create action points for our youth.
