What is 'Leaders Of Tomorrow'?
Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT) is a year-long youth empowerment and leadership development program aimed at bringing world-class education and life skills to children from marginalized communities (and otherwise) around the world. LOT combines offline training with Virtual Mentoring, building confidence in the youth to take up leadership roles in their communities, making them responsible citizens.
The program would happen in four-planned-phases. First phase would accept interested students and they are given basic life skill training. The next phase would accept only those students who have shown commitment in the first phase; this set of students would go on to complete the program undergoing at least 3 projects. The second phase onwards, Virtual Mentoring would start - these sessions are taken by eminent authors, corporate heads, artists, etc., from across the world, and sometimes by students from other colleges who have already shown great potential. The final project would be an internship for 1-3 months with a company. Qualified students, if they are ready for placement, are assured 100% job. Some of these students would also go on to become entrepreneurs, creating more jobs.

4. To eradicate extreme poverty and hunger
Advent and stride of media and access to new gadgets have made the youth to believe that the world has always been a chaotic place, which is far from the truth. What young men and women see now is just the aftermath of the wrong decisions of greedy men/women who didn’t get any guidance in their childhood or is the result of men/women doing nothing when even when wrong decisions were getting acted upon around them. Youth need better guidance.
Today's youth need to be appropriately guided. Our Youth need and deserve our help and our special assistance in teaching them the important Leadership Values that they will be called upon to use all throughout life. Leaders Of Tomorrow would collaborate with schools and colleges to create a leadership curriculum that is entwined with institute's and make it a daily practice. Leadership here is taught as a practice and not as theory.
